**Barometric Pressure**

Tinnitus, migraine, sinus pressure, tiredness, clumsiness, dizziness, awful pain on the Cranioplasty join (yup that's gross when you think of it) and general all round grumpiness today 😤

While I have been a moderately (really) irritable and moody mare today I have been potentially worried that these symptoms were maybe leading up to an 'episode' 😫 (I am still learning to manage my seizures and the triggers).

So I did the google which we know NOT to do and is possibly the worst thing you can do when you feel like arse. However there is a reason why I have had these symptoms AND it is not due to my husband (I joke he is my lobster and absolute legend).

It is the Barometric pressure

I've ways suffered slightly to some changes in the weather but as these symptoms were a little harsher this is still the element making me feel like I do (phew, yay, happy noises)

I couldn't believe when reading that changes to the barometric pressure can cause some terrible and quite debilitating symptoms to some and it affects so many people whether they realise it or not!

Whether the effects I still have are better after my brain tumour was debulked or before I couldn't say but it was an interesting read for sure!

It also makes perfect sense whilst Storm Ciara is gracing us with her wet and windy presence and that I'm not actually an awful grumpy cow 😇... well the jury is still out on that one to be fair 🤔

I am Karen in Mean Girls, where she can predict the weather with her laalaa's mine is with my bonce and grumpy cat face today 😾 #ihaveafifthsense
